The Municipal Government of (MGO) Sultan Naga Dimaporo was officially conferred the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Level II Award by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) during an awarding ceremony held on June 11, 2025, at Estregan Beach Resort, Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao del Norte.
The conferment was conducted pursuant to CSC Resolution No. 2400907, promulgated on October 4, 2024, recognizing the municipalityโs full compliance with the standards set for Level II in the PRIME-HRM.
The award was officiated by CSC Regional Office X Director IV Noemi Rabe-Torres, represented by Julieta R. Reyes, Supervising Human Resource Specialist, together with Director II Alona B. Carumba of CSC Field Office Iligan City-Lanao del Norte.
The ceremony was attended by LGU Officials and Department Heads, headed by Municipal Vice Mayor Ulwan M. Dimaporo, representing Municipal Mayor Motalib M. Dimaporo, along with selected employees. Also in attendance were HR practitioners from various agencies under CSC Field Office Iligan CityโLanao del Norte.
The PRIME-HRM Level II recognition is awarded to agencies that demonstrate structured and well-established human resource systems aligned with CSC standards, particularly in the areas of recruitment and selection, performance management, learning and development, and rewards and recognition.
