The Joint Provincial Peace and Order Council and Provincial Task Force-End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PPOC-PTF-ELCAC) convened for its 3rd Quarter Meeting CY 2026 at Cinco Niñas, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato. The assembly was attended by key military and government stakeholders, including MAJ DENNIE M PAJEL (ARM) PA, Director of 1204 CDC, 12RCDG, RESCOM, PA. In celebration of the 43rd Founding Anniversary of the Reserve Command, Philippine Army (RESCOM, PA), the 1204th Community Defense Center (1204CDC) successfully organized a simultaneous RESCOM, PA-wide 10th Blood Donation Activity on 15 August 2026. Centered around the theme "Ang Inyong Matatag na Tagapag-buo ng Laang Kawal," the life-saving initiative was conducted across two venues: the Koronadal City Hall grounds and the Poblacion Tupi Gymnasium in Tupi, South Cotabato. Through the concerted efforts of volunteer donors, army reservists, ROTC cadets and local partner organizations, the joint activity successfully collected a remarkable total of 243 blood bags to support local medical needs.

The resounding success of the event underscores the exemplary leadership and dedicated service of MAJ DENIE M PAJEL (ARM) PA, Director of 1204CDC, 12 RCDG, RESCOM, PA. SSg Marie Frances Dianne P Caingin (Inf) PA of 1204CDC recently participated in a special radio guesting on 93.7 Max FM to promote an upcoming simultaneous blood donation activity spearheaded by MAJ DENNIE M PAJEL (ARM) PA, Director, of the 1204th Community Defense Center (1204 CDC). During the broadcast, SSg Caingin highlighted the importance of community involvement and blood donation in supporting national health drives and maintaining vital medical supplies.

The simultaneous blood donation drive is scheduled to take place on August 15, with designated donation sites established at both the Koronadal City Hall grounds and the Tupi Gymnasium. The 1204 CDC invites all eligible individuals, volunteers, and local residents to participate and contribute to this lifesaving cause.

1204CDC, 12 RCDG, RESCOM, PA paid a courtesy call to the President of South East Asian Institute and Technology (SEAIT) Engr John Paul S Tamayo headed by COL ANTHONY O SAMONTE ARM (GSC) PA, Group Commander, 12RCDG, RESCOM, PA together with MAJ DENNIE M PAJEL (ARM) PA, and MAJ JUDITO O VIRTUDAZO PA (RES) at Tupi, South Cotabato.

Engr Tamayo and the Officers of 12 RCDG convened for a strategic meeting to conduct a comprehensive review of the current status and overall performance of the SEAIT ROTC Unit. During the session,they discussed critical administrative updates, training protocols, and key matters regarding broader ROTC policies and implementation. Moreover, the discussion aimed to address ongoing operational needs and ensure the unit remains fully aligned with both institutional goals and military standards.

1204CDC Receives SRR Equipment During South Cotabato DRRM Summit

1204CDC, 12RCDG, RCPA, under the supervision of MAJ DENNIE M PAJEL (ARM) PA, participated the South Cotabato DRRM Summit held at the South Cotabato Gymnasium and Cultural Center in the City of Koronadal.

During the event, the unit officially received Search, Rescue and Retrieval (SRR) supplies and equipment from the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO).

The turnover further strengthens the unit's operational capability and readiness to respond effectively to emergencies, disasters, and rescue operations within its area of responsibility.

The DRRM Summit gathered disaster response stakeholders, government agencies and partner organizations to reinforce collaboration, enhance disaster preparedness, and promote resilient communities across South Cotabato.

1204CDC expresses its sincere gratitude to the Provincial Government of South Cotabato and the PDRRMO for their continued support and commitment to empowering disaster response units through the provision of essential equipment.

The 1204th Community Defense Center, Reserve Command, Philippine Army, proudly participated in the 31st Police Community Relations Month Culmination Ceremony hosted by the South Cotabato Police Provincial Office (SCPPO) on 31 July 2026 in Koronadal City, South Cotabato.
During the ceremony, this unit received a Certificate of Recognition, accepted by MAJ DENNIE M PAJEL (ARM) PA, Director, 1204 CDC, in appreciation of its continued support and partnership in promoting peace, public safety, and community cooperation with various stakeholders during the successful conduct of T’nalak Festival 2026 in South Cotabato.

Tree Planting and Tree Growing Activity | Tupi, South Cotabato 🌱

Demonstrating a shared commitment to environmentalprotection and sustainable development, 1204CDC, 12RCDG, RCPA, under the supervision of MAJ DENNIE M. PAJEL (ARM) PA, Director of this center actively participated in aTree Planting and Tree Growing Activity held at Barangay Lunen, Tupi, South Cotabato.

The activity brought together representatives from the local government and various partner agencies and organizations, including Hon Glenn C Hatulan Municipal Vice Mayor, Sangguniang Bayan Members, Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), ChildFund Philippines, Ha Uman Association, Mahintana Foundation Inc., Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), KASILAK Development Foundation, Inc., Philippine Red Cross – South Cotabato Chapter, and the 6th Infantry Battalion, 6th Infantry Division, Philippine Army (6IB, 6ID, PA).

1204CDC, 12RCDG, RCPA under supervision of MAJ DENNIE M PAJEL (ARM) PA Director of this center, Conduct Security Awareness Campaign During the 27th T'nalak Festival and 60th Foundation Anniversary of South Cotabato

As part of its commitment to promoting public safety and security, 1204th Community Defense Center (1204CDC), 12th Regional Community Defense Group (12RCDG), Reserve Command, Philippine Army (RCPA) conducted a Security Awareness Campaign during the celebration of the 27th T'nalak Festival and the 60th Foundation Anniversary of the Province of South Cotabato.

The activity aimed to educate festivalgoers, residents and visitors on the importance of remaining vigilant and practicing responsible security measures while participating in the festivities. Information on safety awareness, emergency preparedness, and the role of the Army Reserve Force in supporting peace, order, and community resilience was shared with the public.

The campaign also strengthened collaboration between the military and the community by encouraging civic responsibility and public participation in maintaining a safe and peaceful environment throughout the celebration.
