In celebration of the 43rd Founding Anniversary of the Reserve Command, Philippine Army (RESCOM, PA), the 1204th Community Defense Center (1204CDC) successfully organized a simultaneous RESCOM, PA-wide 10th Blood Donation Activity on 15 August 2026. Centered around the theme "Ang Inyong Matatag na Tagapag-buo ng Laang Kawal," the life-saving initiative was conducted across two venues: the Koronadal City Hall grounds and the Poblacion Tupi Gymnasium in Tupi, South Cotabato. Through the concerted efforts of volunteer donors, army reservists, ROTC cadets and local partner organizations, the joint activity successfully collected a remarkable total of 243 blood bags to support local medical needs.

The resounding success of the event underscores the exemplary leadership and dedicated service of MAJ DENIE M PAJEL (ARM) PA, Director of 1204CDC, 12 RCDG, RESCOM, PA. SSg Marie Frances Dianne P Caingin (Inf) PA of 1204CDC recently participated in a special radio guesting on 93.7 Max FM to promote an upcoming simultaneous blood donation activity spearheaded by MAJ DENNIE M PAJEL (ARM) PA, Director, of the 1204th Community Defense Center (1204 CDC). During the broadcast, SSg Caingin highlighted the importance of community involvement and blood donation in supporting national health drives and maintaining vital medical supplies.

The simultaneous blood donation drive is scheduled to take place on August 15, with designated donation sites established at both the Koronadal City Hall grounds and the Tupi Gymnasium. 1204CDC Receives SRR Equipment During South Cotabato DRRM Summit

1204CDC, 12RCDG, RCPA, under the supervision of MAJ DENNIE M PAJEL (ARM) PA, participated the South Cotabato DRRM Summit held at the South Cotabato Gymnasium and Cultural Center in the City of Koronadal.

During the event, the unit officially received Search, Rescue and Retrieval (SRR) supplies and equipment from the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO).

The turnover further strengthens the unit's operational capability and readiness to respond effectively to emergencies, disasters, and rescue operations within its area of responsibility.

The DRRM Summit gathered disaster response stakeholders, government agencies and partner organizations to reinforce collaboration, enhance disaster preparedness, and promote resilient communities across South Cotabato.

1204CDC, 12RCDG, RCPA under supervision of MAJ DENNIE M PAJEL (ARM) PA Director of this center, Conduct Security Awareness Campaign During the 27th T'nalak Festival and 60th Foundation Anniversary of South Cotabato

As part of its commitment to promoting public safety and security, 1204th Community Defense Center (1204CDC), 12th Regional Community Defense Group (12RCDG), Reserve Command, Philippine Army (RCPA) conducted a Security Awareness Campaign during the celebration of the 27th T'nalak Festival and the 60th Foundation Anniversary of the Province of South Cotabato.

The activity aimed to educate festivalgoers, residents and visitors on the importance of remaining vigilant and practicing responsible security measures while participating in the festivities. Information on safety awareness, emergency preparedness, and the role of the Army Reserve Force in supporting peace, order, and community resilience was shared with the public.

The campaign also strengthened collaboration between the military and the community by encouraging civic responsibility and public participation in maintaining a safe and peaceful environment throughout the celebration.
