Empowering our PWD community through consumer education! 💙✨

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) - Ifugao actively supported the celebration of National PWD Week by conducting Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) sessions on Joint Administrative Order (JAO) No. 24-02 in Kiangan, Ifugao.

Organized by the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) - Kiangan, the sessions successfully took place in Barangay Julongan on July 16, 2026 and Barangay Tuplac on July 25, 2026.

Members of local PWD associations and entrepreneur groups gained valuable insights into the special 5% discount on Basic Necessities and Prime Commodities (BNPCs) dedicated to Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities.

Together, we build an inclusive economy where consumer rights are accessible to all! #

PAALALA SA MGA MAMIMILI AT NEGOSYANTE NG LPG 🔥

Alam mo ba na ang LPG cylinders at mga kaakibat nitong produkto tulad ng LPG regulators, rubber hoses, at non-refillable gas cartridges ay sakop na ng mandatory product certification ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)? Ito ay alinsunod sa DTI Department Administrative Order (DAO) No. 22-11, Series of 2022, na naglalayong tiyakin ang kaligtasan at kalidad ng mga LPG products na ipinagbibili sa merkado.
✅ Hanapin ang PS Mark para sa mga locally manufactured products.
✅ Siguraduhing may ICC Sticker ang mga imported products.
✅ Bumili lamang ng sertipikado at sumusunod sa pamantayan upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng inyong tahanan at negosyo.

Ang paggamit ng mga produktong may PS Mark o ICC Sticker ay hindi lamang pagsunod sa batas kundi isang mahalagang hakbang upang maiwasan ang mga panganib na dulot ng substandard na LPG equipment.
