✅ HOW TO APPLY:
Step 1 — Book an appointment online
Visit the CSC OCSEAS Portal to secure your slot:

(Walk-ins without an approved appointment will NOT be accommodated.)
Step 2 — Prepare your requirements
📄 Accomplished Application Form (CS Form 100, Revised 2023)
📸 4 identical passport-size ID photos — white background, high-quality print, with handwritten name tag and signature
🪪 Original + photocopy of a valid government-issued ID (Passport, Driver's License, PRC ID, PhilID, etc.)
💵 Examination fee: PHP 500
Step 3 — Submit onsite on June 4, 2026
Appear at the Municipal Livelihood Center with all your complete documents and pay the fee in person.
