My dear Tubaran District School Heads! 🩵🩷

From the bottom of my heart, thank you and congratulations to all of us! Alhamdulillah, we have successfully completed our DIVISION MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT (DIVIMASS).

This journey was not easy. Behind our successful presentations were days of preparation, revisions, dry runs, and times when we questioned whether we were ready. But what made this journey truly meaningful was the fact that we faced it together as one team.

I sincerely appreciate everyone’s cooperation, support, patience, encouragement, and willingness to share ideas and help one another. Our success is not the achievement of one person - it is a reflection of the collective effort of the entire Tubaran District team.

A special and heartfelt thank you to our Adaptive Supervisor, Sir ABDUL GAFFOR M. IBRAHIM, for his guidance, support, constructive feedback, and encouragement throughout our preparation. Your presence and assistance helped us become more prepared and confident in presenting our respective schools. We truly appreciate your leadership and commitment to helping us improve.

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to our esteemed Division Panelists led by Ma’am SDS ANNA ZENAIDA UNTE ALONTO, h.c. for their time, patience, and constructive critiques and valuable feedback during our presentations. Your observations and recommendations may have challenged us at times, but they provided us with meaningful opportunities to reflect on our practices, recognize our areas for improvement, and strive for better performance. Your constructive criticism is not meant to discourage us, but to help us grow as school leaders and become more effective in managing our schools. For this, we are truly grateful.

And to everyone who may have experienced lapses & mistakes - please do not be too hard on yourself. These things are normal. They are part of the process of learning, growing, and becoming better leaders. What matters is that we recognize our areas for improvement, learn from our experiences, and use them to do better next time.

We do not need to be perfect to be successful. We simply need to be willing to learn, improve, and keep moving forward.

I am truly proud of each and every one of you - not only for what you presented, but for the courage, dedication, resilience, and teamwork you demonstrated throughout this journey.

May this DIVIMASS experience remind us that when we support one another, we become stronger; when we learn from one another, we become better; and when we work together, we achieve greater things.

Alhamdulillah for this successful journey. May Allah reward our efforts, forgive our shortcomings, and continue to guide us as we lead our respective schools and serve our learners and communities.

Thank you, dear colleagues, for being more than just co-school heads - you have been teammates, companions, and a source of strength throughout this journey.

Mabuhay ang Tubaran District!

Together, we lead. Together, we learn. Together, we grow. Together, we succeed.

Alhamdulillah, always. 🤲🩷
