𝙇𝙊𝙒𝙀𝙍 𝙃𝙊𝙎𝙋𝙄𝙏𝘼𝙇 𝙁𝙀𝙀𝙎 𝙁𝙊𝙍 𝙄𝙇𝙊𝘾𝙊𝙎 𝙉𝙊𝙍𝙏𝙀 - the battle cry of 𝘽𝙤𝙠𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙝𝙪𝙖, Chairman of the Committee of Ways and Means, when he first sponsored the Ilocos Norte Revenue Code of 2026.

After months of reviewing and revising the Revenue code of Ilocos Norte, and 4 days of public hearings, Chua finally took the revised version of the revenue code under business for the day during the 35th Regular Session of the 13th Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

After a few queries, suggestions, and amendments from his colleagues... Chua moved for the approval of the said revenue code on its second reading.

The motion was passed on its second reading with a unanimous vote from his fellow Sangguniang Panlalawigan members.

Yes. SUCCESS PO. KAPAG NAIPASA NA PO ITO SA 3RD READING, at mapirmahan PO ng ating Bise Gobernador at butihing Governadora, BABABA NA PO ANG LAHAT NG HOSPITAL SERVICE FEES ng mga Ospital natin na under sa Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte.

As early as March 7, 2026 at about 11PM... our diesel product has already run out. As of 9am earlier... ganun parin status because we couldn't get any deliveries. For this... we ask for your patience.

As of 9:30AM today, dumating na po yung delivery ng Shell sa ating Laoag Barit Station. Sa San Nicolas station, wala parin po for now. Pero baka mamayang konte, dadating narin po. Please bear with us.

Pero dahil po bagong presyo narin ang kuha namin, pasencya narin po if bagong presyo na ang benta namin. Hindi po kasi kami parehas sa iba dyan na nagsasara nalang kada price increase after punuin mga tangke nila para sa mega kita nila. We keep our stations open kahit na ubos na po ang isang produkto at wala kaming extrang kikitain para siguraduhin na makatulong sa nakararaming nangangailan.😡

Profiting on the common people's pain is not our thing. D na baleng walang kita basta makatulong sa kapwa.

Guys... I just want to share our inventory. Since 2AM of Sunday (March 8, 2026)... the diesel product inventory of Nenryo Corp Fuel Stations located in San Nicolas and Laoag Barit... have already reached its lowest possible threshold. As you can see... it has already reached yellow warnings. Meaning, any lower, and it might already cause problems to the pumps.

We are truly sorry if we could not provide more assistance to everyone... but we did our best... a such as we could... to give everyone a chance to get the files at old price (before the price hike tomorrow).

The equipment in the photo is called an ATG... which is used to detect water, foreign objects, and used as well for live reporting of actual inventory so we know our remaining capacity. We are, proudly, the only dealer owned fuel station in Ilocos Norte who has this device since we pride ourselves on ensuring the safety of the public... and we are alwsys making sure our customers get the best quality product.

Sana po bukas e may dumating na po na deliveries before another price hike. Thank you for your continued patronage and understanding until then. 🫰💜
