𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | The students of Master of Arts in Public Administration (MAPA) undertaking Personnel Public Administration (PAD 223) successfully conducted the seminar “𝙑𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝘽𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙏𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙬: 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝘿𝙂𝙨 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣” on 𝘿𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 13, 2025, highlighting the vital role of volunteerism and civil society in achieving sustainable and inclusive development.

The program formally opened with the 𝙍𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙚 delivered by 𝙈𝙧. 𝙍𝙚𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙤𝙨 𝙈. 𝙁𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣̃𝙖𝙨, 𝙈𝘼𝙋𝘼 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙈𝙈𝙎𝙐 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡, followed by an 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙜𝙚 from 𝘿𝙧. 𝘿𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝘿. 𝘿𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙤, 𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡. The seminar was anchored by a 𝙆𝙚𝙮𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙚 𝘼𝙙𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 delivered by 𝘿𝙞𝙧. 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖 𝘾. 𝘼𝙣𝙜, 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙤𝙖𝙧𝙙, 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙨 – 𝙄𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙨 𝙉𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙧, emphasizing volunteer-driven actions in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Substantive discussions were enriched through expert-led sessions: 𝙈𝙨. 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙅𝙤𝙮 𝙎𝙞𝙖𝙯𝙤𝙣, 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙑𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙧, on the 𝙍𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙡 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙊𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜; 𝙈𝙨. 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙯𝙤𝙣 𝙋. The seminar concluded with the Participants’ Key Takeaways, Photo Opportunity, and Awarding of Certificates, facilitated by Masters of Ceremony Randy Gianan, Jr. and Edward Gatchalian, followed by Closing Remarks and Ways Forward, reinforcing the commitment to inclusive governance, volunteerism, and sustainable public administration.

Hello everyone!
The MMSU–MAPA Program of the Graduate School, through the PAD 223 MAPA Students, will be holding a special outreach activity titled “𝗣𝗮𝗴-𝗮𝘀𝗮, 𝗗𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴: 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗴-𝗮𝘀𝗮 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗣𝗗𝗟” 𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝟲:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗼𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗝𝗮𝗶𝗹.

This meaningful initiative will include team-building games and a Jingle Competition to bring joy, hope, and learning to our PDL beneficiaries this Christmas season.

Today, we celebrate the Local Government Unit (LGU) Day to further strengthen the importance of our LGUs and commemorate the of our local autonomies under the Local Government Code of 1991 which strongly focuses on transparent, participatory, and accountable governance.
