The Metro Ilocos Norte Council (MINC) enhances public transportation through its free airport shuttle service, emergency transport assistance, and shuttle operations during major provincial events. The Libreng Sakay Program makes travel more accessible for both tourists and residents while supporting the local tourism industry.

MINC promotes the welfare and professional development of transport workers through financial assistance, insurance, medical support, and training. These initiatives are complemented by the continued development of the MINC Terminal Hub, the introduction of ride-hailing services, and stronger inter-agency collaboration in transport planning and social support.

Join us for the First State of the Province Address (SOPA) of Governor Cecilia Araneta-Marcos on August 3, 2026, at the Ilocandia Cultural Center in the City of Batac.
