Bilang bahagi ng aming patuloy na pagsusulong ng isang malusog, maalaga, at nagkakaisang komunidad, inaanyayahan namin ang mga residente ng buong Talon Kuatro na makiisa sa ating 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 in partnership with the office of 𝙎𝙚𝙣. 𝙍𝙞𝙨𝙖 𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙨.

Sa araw na ito, magkakaroon ng mga sumusunod na libreng serbisyong medikal:
- 𝐕𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤
- 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬
- 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 (requires 8 to 10 hours of FASTING)
- 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫’𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

PAALALA:
- 300 participants ONLY. First come, first serve.
- Huwag kalimutang magdala ng Valid ID at PSA para sa mga bata.
- Ang mga resulta ay ilalabas within the day.
- Ang cut off in accepting patients at every station is at 3PM, excluding the consultation table.
- For BLOOD TEST: requires 8 to 10 hours of FASTING especially FBS. Fasting of patients is encouraged to start at 11PM the night before to avoid over fasting.

Isang karangalan po ang muling makasama sa ating opisina sina Former Kap. Louie Rocco, Ate Cecil Tengco, at ang iba pa nilang mga kasama sa kanilang pagbisita.

Ang pagkakataong ito ay naging daan upang magkaroon ng makabuluhang talakayan at palitan ng mga pananaw na makatutulong sa patuloy na pag-unlad ng ating lungsod.
