Opisyal na Pamamahagi ng Food Packs sa Brgy. Poloy Poloy, Lebak, Sultan Kudarat.

Sa pangunguna ni Hon. Mayor Frederick F. Celestial, Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Lebak, sa pamamagitan ng Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) na pinamumunuan ni Ms. Karen S. Tayocnog, RSW, katuwang ang DSWD 4Ps Angels in Red Vest, matagumpay na naipamahagi ang food packs sa 538 pamilyang naapektuhan ng nagdaang flash flood kahapon July 27, 2026 sa Brgy. Poloy Poloy bayan ng Lebak, Sultan Kudarat.

Kasama rin sa aktibidad ang Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) Poloy Poloy na pinamumunuan ni Hon. Roy M. Balatero, bilang pakikiisa sa mabilis na pagtugon sa pangangailangan ng mga apektadong residente.

Ang nasabing inisyatiba ay patunay ng pagkakaisa at malasakit ng lokal na pamahalaan at komunidad upang matiyak ang agarang tulong at suporta sa mga pamilyang nasalanta.

Pakikiisa, Pagpupugay, Pagmamahal ✨

Sa ika-18 taon ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, buong puso ang pakikiisa ng 4Ps MOO - Lebak, Sultan Kudarat sa pagbibigay-pugay sa programang nagbigay daan sa mas matibay na kinabukasan ng bawat pamilyang Pilipino.

Kami, ang inyong 4Ps angels in red vest, ay patuloy na magsisilbing katuwang sa pag-abot ng pangarap, sa pagpapatatag ng pamilya, at sa paghubog ng mas inklusibong komunidad.

🙏 Taos-pusong pasasalamat kay Sec. REX Gatchalian sa kanyang mensahe ng inspirasyon para sa bawat 4Ps worker na walang sawang naglilingkod sa bawat pamilyang Pilipino. Ang inyong pagkilala ay dagdag-lakas sa aming patuloy na misyon.

Sa 27 barangays ng Lebak Municipality, patuloy ang pagsasagawa ng FDS ng ating mga magigiting na Municipal Links para sa Approved Set 14 beneficiaries at mga old sets. 🙌

Nagtipon ang Lebak Municipal Council Advisory Committee para sa 2nd Quarter 2026 Meeting sa ABC Hall, Municipal Hall Compound, Lebak, Sultan Kudarat.

Sa session na ito, ibinahagi ang updates sa mga DSWD programs na nagpapatuloy sa bayan ng Lebak: 4Ps, SLP, KALAHI, Walang Gutom, PAMANA, at SocPen.

Present ang mga stakeholders mula sa DepEd, DOH, DILG-BFP, MPDO, at MDRRM patunay na ang malasakit at pagtutulungan ay susi para sa mas matibay na serbisyo publiko.

Sama-sama, tuloy-tuloy, at para sa lahat ng Lebakenyo!

PUBLIC NOTICE: Temporary Office Relocation

To all stakeholders, especially our valued 4Ps beneficiaries, please be informed that starting Monday, July 13, 2026, our office will be temporarily relocated to the Lebak Public Terminal at the back of Sultan Kudarat District Hospital.

This adjustment is necessary due to the major construction works at the LGU Lebak Municipal Hall. All transactions, inquiries, and program-related services will be accommodated at the new temporary office until further notice.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Kindly disseminate this information to fellow beneficiaries and community members to avoid inconvenience.

✨ Strengthening Service, Upholding Standards ✨

The 4Ps staff of Lebak underwent their 1st Semester 2026 Assessment today July 9, 2026 at the VIP Room of Sultan Kudarat Provincial Gym in Isulan. The session was led by their Provincial Link, Ms. Norzahra G. Dimatingkal, RSW, MPA, CGM, with pre-assessment support from their dedicated technical staff including SWO III and the Systems Focal Person.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Provincial Operations Office, through its Provincial Link, for the expertise, guidance, and commitment in ensuring that our service to beneficiaries remains strong, accountable, and responsive.

Together, we continue to build a program that uplifts lives and empowers communities. 💙

Day 3, the grand finale! ✨ 4Ps Social Case Managers from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao gathered simultaneously in the DSWD Nationwide Virtual Training on the Enhanced Social Welfare Development Indicators (E‑SWDI) Manual. A united effort for stronger case management, one virtual room, one shared mission.
