The SHFC Albay Branch conducted a Community Mortgage Program (CMP) orientation for new applicant substitutes of Binitayan UPHOAI Phase I. As part of the process, applicants participated in one-on-one interviews, and the lots they will assume were validated to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Also, the session aimed to familiarize applicants with the program's processes and to highlight their responsibilities both to the Homeowner's Association and to SHFC.

The SHFC Albay Branch recognizes the approval of new substitutes for Silver Ville HOAI. With the signing of their respective Lease Purchase Agreements, member-beneficiaries have reached another meaningful milestone in their journey under the Community Mortgage Program.

To complement this progress, the branch also intensified its collection campaign and held one-on-one cliniquing sessions. These consultations gave member-beneficiaries the chance to raise concerns about their accounts and receive direct guidance tailored to their needs.

The SHFC Albay Branch conducted a CMP Orientation and joined the Board of Directors meeting for the reorganization plan of Jeep ni Erap HOA Cluster III.

The discussion focused on the required number of members needed to reorganize, encouraging participation to fully cover the loan amount, and addressing concerns about certain areas within the site by identifying affected zones and households.

The reorganization of the HOA, with the guidance of Social Housing Finance Corporation Albay Branch, aims to foster inclusive communities and enabling members to own the lots they occupy through Community Mortgage Program (CMP).

TCT Awarding of Citivilla HOAI

Last January 31, 2026, the Transfer Certificates of Title for Citivilla Homeowner's Association, Inc. have been formally awarded to 30 member-beneficiaries.

This milestone highlights SHFC’s steadfast commitment to community empowerment, the dedication of Citivilla HOAI’s Officers and Board of Directors, and the perseverance and trust of its member-beneficiaries, whose collective effort and cooperation made the awarding truly achievable.

Last January 24–25, 2026, the SHFC Albay Branch, led by Mr. Cyrus E. Espedido, OIC Manager, together with SHFC staff, attended the HOA Board Meeting of Dr. Fernando B. Duran Sr. VHOAI Phase II. The meeting agenda centered on the reorganization of the HOA and the title awarding process. With the guidance of SHFC Albay, the HOA Officers and Board of Directors thoroughly discussed other relevant matters concerning the HOA and its members.

The two-day activity also included one-on-one cliniquing sessions with members identified as highly delinquent, as well as account consultations for other members. These efforts formed part of the collection campaign and streamlined substitution process, aimed at strengthening community engagement and ensuring more effective and efficient payment collections.
