In observance of the Feast Day of St. Raphael the Archangel, Mayor Hisham Ismail issues Executive Order No. HBI-037 series of 2025, declaring the suspension of classes in all levels in public schools, and work in the City Government of Legazpi.

Regional, provincial and field offices of government agencies, instrumentalities, bureaus and government-owned and controlled corporations, including trial courts in the regional and municipal levels within Legazpi City are hereby strongly encouraged to suspend work on October 24 and to secure clearance from their head offices, if necessary, for this purpose.

Private establishments and schools are likewise encourage to suspend work and classes to ensure the safety and convenience of their employees and students.

Everyone is likewise invited to take part in the festivities and enjoy!
