March 28, 2026 | Barangay Assembly Day ✨

The Barangay Poblacion South East Zone successfully conducted its 1st Semester CY 2026 Barangay Assembly Day.

Punong Barangay Art June S. Yotoko delivered his State of the Barangay Address (SOBA), highlighting the barangay’s accomplishments, financial status, implemented projects for the first quarter, and the plans and programs for the barangay.

SK Chairperson Efrain Kevin A. Ares also presented the SK accomplishments, showcasing the active participation of the youth in barangay development 💙

The assembly was graced by representatives from the Municipal Agrarian Office, Office of the Municipal Treasurer, COMELEC, KALAHI-CIDSS, and the Lemery Municipal Police Station. We were also honored by the presence and support of SB Member Julius O. Santiago, Vice Mayor Lowel T. Arban, and Mayor Oscar C. Villegas Jr.

💙 Our heartfelt thanks to all our distinguished guests for their presence and support, and to our barangay residents who attended and actively participated despite their busy schedules.

This morning, the Barangay Council of Poblacion South East Zone, led by Punong Barangay Art June S. Yotoko, together with barangay volunteers, the Women’s Association, and 4Ps members, actively participated in the Women-Led Limpyo Dalanon in celebration of National Women’s Month.

A total of 77 kilograms of waste were collected during the activity, promoting cleanliness, unity, and women empowerment in our community.
