Develop and maintain highly trained well-disciplined K9 Team that are capable of maximum operational utilization and are applied in objectively reasonable

circumstances. General Performance Standards, as outlined for “Narcotic Detection Dog” and “Explosives Detection Dogs”. Enhance enforcement and public safety by providing an effective non-lethal force option.
