In our continuous effort to empower the youth through skills training and livelihood opportunities, the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) and the Dulag Youth Development Office (DYDO), in partnership with TESDA, World Vision, and ISUZU, proudly invite all Out-of-School Youth and interested young individuals aged 16–23 years old from the Municipality of Dulag, Leyte to the Project Orientation on the TESDA Auto Mechanic Training Centre (AMTRAC) Project Scholarship on November 21, 2025 (Friday), from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN, at the Cultural Gymnasium, Dulag, Leyte!

This half-day orientation will give you everything you need to know about the scholarship program, its qualifications, and how to kickstart your journey in technical-vocational education paving the way toward employment, self-reliance, and a brighter future!

UKP Calipayan: We Did It, Kabataan! πŸ”₯

What a day! The PYAP Dulag Chapter, in partnership with the SK Council of Brgy. Calipayan, just wrapped up a successful Unlad Kabataan Program (UKP) Orientation last October 26, 2025 at Brgy. Calipayan, Dulag, Leyte!

It was an empowering day filled with active morning discussions and fun afternoon activities that showcased the energy and potential of our youth.

Our heartfelt thanks to the Barangay Council and the SK Council of Brgy. Calipayan, headed by Hon. Johnroe Refuerzo, for their strong support and collaboration.

Successful Conduct of 3-Day Leadership Training and Planning Session for PYAP Members

The Municipality of Dulag, through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) and the Dulag Youth Development Office (DYDO), successfully conducted a 3-day Leadership Training and Planning Session for members of the Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) Dulag Chapter on September 19–21, 2025 at Sabang Surf Camp.

This activity reflects the continuing commitment of the LGU Dulag to strengthening youth leadership and participation towards community development.

In celebration of the Karatong Festival 2025, held in line with the Fiesta Celebration and 430th Dulag Day, the Municipal Government of Dulag conducted the Awarding of the Art Competition winners and gave recognition to the youth participants during the Free Art Workshop.

This meaningful activity was spearheaded by our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Jade A. Agullo, through the Office of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), in partnership with the SINAG Organization headed by its founder, Mr. Fernando Delos Reyes.

We extend our appreciation to the youth of Dulag for showcasing their creativity and artistic talents, which serve as an inspiration in promoting culture, arts, and community pride.
