๐Ÿ€The Barangays are instructed to designate a specific day of the week for community cleanup, which includes clearing canals, dredging waterways, and ensuring proper waste segregation.

๐Ÿ€Local Ordinances: While the DILG circulars serve as the national policy directive, the DILG encourages local Sangguniang Barangays to pass an actual local ordinance establishing their specific weekly Kalinisan Day, which can include penalties for non-compliance.
