Sa pangunguna ng PHO-Pangasinan, sa ilalim ng pamamahala ni Dra. Maria Vivian Villar-Espino, nakatanggap ang ating opisina ng sapat na suplay ng Vitamin C at Doxycycline bilang proteksyon laban sa leptospirosis para sa ating mga frontline workers, kabilang ang mga utility at maintenance personnel, at security guards.

Sa pamumuno ni Governor Ramon Mon-Mon Guico III , patuloy na binibigyang-prayoridad ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ang kalusugan, kaligtasan, at kapakanan ng mga lingkod-bayan at bawat Pangasinense.

When most of us are asked to stay home, some of our GSO family must stay on the ground.

Despite the Work-from-Home arrangement under Memorandum Circular No. 123, s. 2026, our security personnel, maintenance and utility teams, drivers, and warehouse and supply personnel supporting the needs of frontline offices and provincial hospitals continue to report for dutyโ€”ensuring that vital services remain uninterrupted.

Working behind the scenes, they help keep our facilities safe and operational, ensure essential supplies reach those who need them, and support frontline offices such as PDRRMO and PSWDO in their response and relief operations.

To our GSO frontliners: thank you for showing up when you are needed most. Your service matters. ๐Ÿ’™

In direct alignment with the Provincial Governmentโ€™s strategic mandate to uphold public order, safety, and institutional excellence,
the General Services Office (GSO) successfully executed a 3-Day Capability Building Training last July 29-31,2026 at Purok Marcela Resort, Lingayen, Pangasinan for 229 Civil Security personnel under the Administrative Division.

Supervised by the Technical Monitoring Group (TMG) of the Provincial Government Office (PGO)โ€”led by Col. Dalisay and Capt. Ocampo with the support of the Administrative Division of GSO, this vital initiative equipped our personnel with essential skills in traffic management and control, standardized incident report writing for legal and administrative compliance, and basic physical security and patrol protocols for threat mitigation.

By continuously upgrading the technical proficiencies of our security personnel, the GSO actively supports the province's mission to maintain a secure, resilient, and well-regulated environment for all public service operations.

The General Services Office โ€“ Procurement and Supply Management Division, together with representatives from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat and the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), successfully conducted a benchmarking activity at the Procurement Service โ€“ Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) in Paco, Manila, on August 5, 2026.

The activity provided valuable insights into warehouse and inventory management, procurement policies, inspection procedures, and PhilGEPS and eMarketplace operations, reinforcing our commitment to improving procurement systems and delivering efficient, transparent, and accountable public service.
