Matagumpay na ginanap ang 7th Commencement Exercises ng Ledesma School of Skills and Development Inc. noong Enero 28, 2026 sa Lingayen.

Dinaluhan ito ng ating Konsehal Norman Doroteo bilang Guest of Honor, na nagbigay ng inspirasyonal na mensahe para sa mga estudyanteng nagsipagtapos sa iba’t ibang kwalipikasyon.

Isang makabuluhang selebrasyon ito ng sipag, tiyaga, at tagumpay ng ating mga magsisipagtapos.

NCD Driving School is in need of a Driving Instructor with the following qualifications:
•Must be at least twenty-three (23) years of age
•Must be a graduate of any four-year degree course and must be a holder of the following:

A. NC II in Driving; and
B. NC II small engine
C. NC II Automotive Servicing (engine repair)
D. NC I in Automotive Servicing
•Must be a holder of a valid professional driver's license allowed to operate a motor vehicle with manual transmission. The DL Code must also correspond to the vehicle category being offered by his/her driving school. The applicant must have held a driver's license for the last five (5) years, regardless of when his/her professional driver's license was acquired.
•Must not have any traffic violations for the past twelve (12) months prior to application as an instructor
•Must not have a history of suspension or revocation of driver's license for any cause
•Must take and pass the neuropsychiatric test from a government accredited entity
•Must have undergone a mandatory drug test performed by a DOH accredited drug testing center, and results must show that he/she is free from the use of dangerous drugs
•Must have passed written examination given by LTO

Ngayong araw, naganap ang pagpirmahan ng Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) sa pagitan nina TESDA Provincial Director James Ferrer at Konsehal Norman Doroteo para sa ilulunsad na Community-Based Training Program — isang makabuluhang inisyatiba ng ating mahal na konsehal.

Layunin ng programang ito na magbigay ng pagkakataon sa ating mga kababayan — mula sa kabataan hanggang sa mga magulang — na matuto ng iba’t ibang kasanayan na magagamit hindi lamang sa kanilang pang-araw-araw na pamumuhay kundi maging sa kanilang mga hinaharap na trabaho at kabuhayan.

Ito ay patunay ng patuloy na pagtutulungan ng lokal na pamahalaan at TESDA sa paghubog ng mas produktibo, may kakayahan, at maunlad na komunidad.
