As of 2:00 PM today, 03 December 2025, the Low Pressure Area (LPA 12a) being monitored has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and has a “HIGH” potential of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

Meanwhile, Low Pressure Area 11b (formerly "VERBENA") has exited the monitoring domain of PAGASA.

𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞 upang dagliang matulungan ang mga pamilyang naapektuhan ng nagdaang Habagat na pinalakas ng mga bagyong Crising, Dante at Emong noong Hulyo 2025.

Isinagawa ang pamamahagi ngayong 02 Disyembre 2025 sa Pambayang Bulwagan sa pangunguna nina Punong Bayan Marlon V. Dela Torre, Pangalawang Punong Bayan Joel F. Tria, Jr., at mga kasapi ng Sangguniang Bayan, katuwang ang Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO). Ang bawat kwalipikadong benepisyaryo ay tumanggap ng tulong pinansyal na layong makatulong sa pagsasaayos at pagpapanumbalik ng kanilang mga napinsalang tahanan.

Ayon sa DHSUD, ang 32 benepisyaryo ay sumailalim sa masusing beripikasyon, validation at assessment batay sa itinakdang damage classification ng ahensya. Pagkatapos ng pamamahagi, nagsagawa rin ng validation at beripikasyon ang mga kinatawan ng DHSUD at kawani ng MDRRMO sa mga kabahayang naapektuhan ng Bagyong Opong at Bagyong Uwan, bilang bahagi ng patuloy na rehabilitation at recovery program ng mga ahensya at ng Pamahalaang Bayan.
