Pursuant to the Revised Compressed Workweek and Energy Conservation Protocols in the Civil Service Commission Central Office (CO) and Regional Offices, the CSC Regional Office IV and its Field Offices will be open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, whenever a Holiday falls on a FRIDAY.

As JUNE 12, 2026 (Friday) has been declared a Regular Holiday (Philippine Independence Day) in line with Proclamation No. 1006 issued by the Office of the President, this Regional Office will adopt the aforementioned schedule from JUNE 8 to 11, 2026.

📢 PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
The Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office IV hereby announces the conduct of the Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for Professional and SubProfessional levels.
📅 Date of Examination: 09 August 2026
🗓 Application Period: 14 May 2026 to 10 June 2026
📌 Target Release of Results: 12 October 2026
All interested applicants are advised that acceptance of applications shall be on a first-come, first-served basis and may be closed prior to the deadline once the target number of applicants has been reached.
Applicants are required to apply through the Online Civil Service Examination Application System (OCSEAS) via the link below:

Further, applicants must secure an appointment schedule and personally appear (7:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.) at their chosen Field Office on the confirmed date.
