"Agarang Parangal Honors to Lucena CCPS Personnel with Medalya ng Kadakilaan (PNP Heroism Medal)"
On July 18, 2026, at about 7:00 AM onwards, the PSFTP Batch 2025-02 Class "SANDASIG" attended the Agarang Parangal awarding ceremony led by PCOL ROMULO A ALBACEA, Provincial Director, recognizing Lucena CCPS Personnel deserving the "Medalya ng Kadakilaan" for their exemplary service, dedication to duty, and outstanding operational excellence. They were recognized for their significant contributions to maintaining peace and order while upholding the highest standards of police service.
The Medalya ng Kadakilaan was conferred upon PLTCOL RYAN M HERNANDEZ, Chief of Police at Lucena CCPS, alongside PCPT PHILLIP T HERNANDEZ, Deputy COP, and ten other personnel of the Lucena Component City Police Station, Quezon PPO. The team was recognized for their exceptionally meritorious service during the arrest of a suspect alias "AMANDA" for Violation of RA 10591, and the recovery of stolen fi****ms linked to a robbery incident, on July 15, 2026, in Barangay Gulang-Gulang, Lucena City.
In the message of Provincial Director, PCOL ROMULO A ALBACEA commended the awardees for their professionalism, teamwork, and unwavering dedication to duty.
