He expressed his gratitude to all the stakeholders who extended support especially to Mr. Hinanay for allowing the unit to conduct the seminar at the said school. Meanwhile, he warmly welcomed all the students coming from various Army ROTC Units in Quezon province.

The activity is a significant milestone of the unit which geared towards enhancing the ROTC Instructors knowledge, skills, and proficiency in military drills and ceremonies, thereby strengthening discipline, leadership, and unit cohesiveness alongside setting standards in the administration of ROTC units.

The participation of the reservist is aligned with the thrust of higher headquarters to integrate them in all regular forces training alongside community services and the likes in order to develop unit cohesiveness and enhance unit readiness.

Meanwhile, the Tactical Convoy Operations cross-trained with Defensive Driving Training aimed to strengthen the competence, discipline, and operational readiness of reserve personnel by developing well-trained and responsible military vehicle drivers capable of providing augmentation for service support roles in both military and civilian operations.

This activity highlights the commitment of both regular and reserve forces in nurturing disciplined, developing competent, and mission-ready personnel capable of supporting organizational objectives and contributing to national security efforts.
