🌟 BRIGADA ESKWELA 2026 🌟

United in the spirit of volunteerism and bayanihan, our school successfully launched Brigada Eskwela 2026 through a series of meaningful activities aimed at preparing a safe, clean, and learner-friendly environment for the opening of classes.

📌 Posting per Purok – Information dissemination and community engagement were conducted in various puroks to encourage stakeholders, parents, and community members to participate in Brigada Eskwela.

🎉 Kick-Off Program – The official opening program gathered teachers, parents, learners, stakeholders, and community partners to strengthen collaboration and support for the school's preparation activities.

🌳 Tree Planting Activity – As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, participants joined hands in planting trees to promote a greener and healthier school community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all volunteers, stakeholders, and partners who shared their time, effort, and resources. Together, we continue to build a better learning environment for our learners.

JUST IN:
The Department of Education issued DepEd Memorandum No. 027, s. 2026, dated May 5, 2026, titled “2026 Brigada Eskwela Implementing Guidelines.”

Based on the memorandum, the 2026 Brigada Eskwela Program will be conducted from June 1 to 5, 2026 in preparation for the opening of classes for School Year 2026–2027. This annual activity promotes the spirit of bayanihan by encouraging schools, parents, teachers, learners, LGUs, stakeholders, and community partners to work together in making schools clean, safe, functional, and ready for learners.

This year’s theme is “Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman.” The program focuses on school preparation, reading and literacy support, improvement of school facilities, structural safety, clean-up drives, volunteerism, community partnerships, and accurate inventory of school resources.

📚 Leveling Up Together: Aral Summer Program 2026 at Luz Village High School!

Hello, LVHS community! 🌟
We are committed to ensuring that no learner is left behind. As we wrap up the current school year, Luz Village High School is proud to support the Department of Education's ARAL Summer Program 2026, specifically designed to bridge the gap and strengthen the literacy skills of our students.

This intensive program is a dedicated intervention for our Grade 7 to Grade 10 learners (SY 2025-2026) who have been identified under the Frustration Level based on the recent End-of-School-Year Phil-IRI Assessment results.

🗓️ Important Dates to Remember:

Virtual Orientation: Join us TODAY, May 4, 2026, via DepEd Philippines Facebook Live from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM to learn more about the program mechanics.

Program Duration: May 6 – June 2, 2026.
Schedule: Intensive Remediation Sessions will be conducted every Monday to Thursday for a total of 20 days.

💡 Why Participate?

The ARAL Summer Program isn't just about "extra school"—it's a specialized opportunity to:
Boost Reading Confidence: Master comprehension and fluency in a supportive environment.

Get Ready for Next Year: Ensure you're fully equipped for the challenges of the upcoming grade level.

Personalized Support: Our teachers are ready to provide focused attention to help every student succeed.

"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." Let's take this step together to make your future brighter!
To our parents and guardians: Your support is the key to your child's success. Let’s encourage our learners to embrace this opportunity for growth.

See you there, Luzians! 🪁📖
