During his Inspirational Message at the 2025 Stakeholders’ Night, Customs Commissioner Bienvenido Rubio emphasized the importance of building stronger partnerships through CICAC to achieve our ultimate goal of serving the Filipino nation.

"Anchored on the theme "Customs Beyond Borders: Navigating the Skies of Trade Excellence" we call on your continued support to maintain the momentum we have built and push our initiatives forward for better trade, better opportunities, and better lives under a Bagong Pilipinas.

So as part of this commitment, I encourage all of us here today to actively take part in our Customs-Industry Consultative and Advisory Council, our CICAC, in furtherance of closing the gap between us.

Mula sa publiko at pribadong sektor, patuloy tayong mag-tulungan at magka-isa. Dahil sa dulo ng lahat ng ating pagsisikap, ang tunay na nagwawagi ay ang sambayanang Pilipino."
