𝐃𝐎𝐋𝐄 𝐓𝐔𝐏𝐀𝐃 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝟗𝟔𝟒 𝐧𝐚 𝐦𝐠𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐨, 𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐲 𝐧𝐚 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐨𝐤𝐚𝐥 𝐧𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠

964 na Magaleño ang tumanggap ng P5,000 sa pamamagitan ng TUPAD (Tulong panghanap buhay sa ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Worker) program ng Department of Labor and Employment sa pakikipagtulungan ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Magalang sa pangunguna ni Mayor Malu Lacson.

Pinangunahan ni Mayor Malu Lacson kasama sina SB member Norman Lacson at SB member June Marimla ang TUPAD payout sa Plaza Magalang.

Sa pamamagitan ng programang ito ay nabigyan ng pansamantalang hanapbuhay ang ating mga kababayang nawalan ng pagkakakitaan dulot ng pandemya. Sila rin ay kabahagi ng lokal na pamahalaan upang mapanatiling malinis ang kapaligiran ng ating bayan.

Para makasali sa programang TUPAD, makipag-ugnayan lamang sa PESO Magalang.

TRABAHO SA KOREA PARA SA MGA MAGALEÑO, HANDOG NI MAYOR MALU LACSON NGAYON 2024

Masayang sinalubong ni Mayor Maria Lourdes P. Lacson kasama ang mga department heads at Coun. Norman Lacson ang mga delegado mula sa Seongju-Gun, South Korea sa pamumuno ni Director of Agriculture Do Jae Hun sa opisina ng alkalde upang pormal na pasinayaan ang kasunduan sa pagitan ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Magalang at Seong-Ju Gun, na isang syudad sa bansang South Korea, upang makapagbigay ng oportunidad na makapagtrabaho ang mga Magaleño sa naturang bansa.

Nakapaloob sa naturang kasunduan na iniimbitahan ng Republic of Korea ang mga Magaleño na makapagtrabaho sa sektor ng agrikultura sa naturang bansa. Kasama rin sa naturang pagpupulong si Mayor Esmie Pineda ng Municipality of Lubao, Dr. Anita David, OIC ng PSAU, mga kinatawan ng K&P, isang pribadong kumpanya sa South Korea at si Choi Jong Pil, na naghahanap ng mga Pilipinong trabahante.

Ipinakita rin ni Mayor Malu Lacson sa mga delegado mula sa South Korea ang mga ipinagmamalaking produkto ng bayan ng Magalang na carabao's milk pastillas, tamarind wine at iba't ibang pastries at mga research and development facilities sa Pampanga State Agricultural University patungkol sa agrikultura tulad ng Alternative Low Input Agriculture System (ALIAS) Center, Bamboo and Rattan Center, at BTO Farm na gumagamit ng ng Hydroponic at Aquaponic System sa pagtatanim.

300 Magaleño pasok na sa Foreign Seasonal Workers Program ng bansang TAKAMATSU JAPAN 2024

Nasa tatlong daang Magaleño ang matagumpay ng pupunta sa TAKAMATSU JAPAN sa darating na Pebrero 2024 matapos ng masigibong pakikipag-ugnayan ni Mayor Malu Lacson sa mga iba’t ibang opisyales sa South Korea noong nakaraang buwan kasama ang Pampanga Mayor’s League at si Gov. Delta Pineda.

Malaki ang pasasalamat ng mga Magaleñong napili sa Foreign Seasonal Workers Program kay Mayor Malu at kay Gov. Pineda dahil malaking pagkakataon ito para sakanila upang umunlad ang kanilang buhay.

The Local Government Unit of Magalang Pampanga was awarded as FULLY COMPLIANT LGU in the 23rd Gawad Kalasag Seal for Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils and Offices Category for CY 2023.

MDRRM Officer Dr. Ernie Aguilar received the Award in behalf of Mayor Malu Lacson in an Awarding Ceremony held on 2023 at the ASEAN Convention Center, Clark Freeport Zone.

The Gawad KALASAG Seal is organized by the Office of Civil Defense-National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) with DND Secretary Gilberto C. Teodoro, Jr. as the Chairperson.
