Ikinasa ng NIA Camarines Sur IMO District I & II - LCP*S ang 'Operation Tapal' sa kahabaan ng Libmanan-Cabusao Pump Irrigation System sa bayan ng Libmanan at Cabusao, Camarines Sur.

Sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga barangay, at katuwang ang mga Irrigators' Association, isa-isang tinakpan ng mga kawani ng opisina ang mga illegal turnout sa mga irrigation canal ng irrigation system.

Ang mga illegal turnout na ito ay ilan sa mga pangunahing sanhi ng pagkaabala sa pagpapatubig, kung saan hindi na naaabot ng tubig ang mga nakaiskedyul na sakahan dahil sa mga butas sa irrigation canals. Higit na naaapektuhan nito ang mga nasa tailend portion o dulo ng service area ng irrigation system.

Patuloy na nananawagan at ipinapaalala ng CSIMO District I & II - LCP*S sa mga magsasaka na kung mayroong problema sa patubig ay direktang ipaabot ito sa tanggapan upang agad din na masolusyonan.
