🌱 USBONG, a Filipino (Tagalog) word for a sprout, symbolizes the first visible growth from a seed—a stage where ideas take root, gain direction, and begin to flourish. More than the emergence of new ideas, USBONG reflects the growth of a shared commitment to strengthen NbS in the Philippines. It recognizes that many NbS practices are already taking shape across communities and landscapes, and that the task ahead is to support, connect, and sustain these efforts for greater impact.
