Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office successfully conducted a two-day seminar on September 22–23, 2025 attended by the Barangay Persons with Disabilities Presidents. The seminar tackled vital topics: Disability Awareness, Gender Sensitivity, Personal Development, Social Media Safety Awareness, and Overcoming Disability.

This seminar served as a platform to strengthen our leaders’ knowledge and skills, empowering them to bring inclusivity, safety, and growth back to their respective barangays. Truly, when our leaders are informed, our whole community benefits

Also seminar was not just about learning—it was about raising awareness, fostering inclusivity, and inspiring growth for everyone. Together, we take one step closer toward building a community that is informed, empowered, and compassionate.
