While on his way home from duty, 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐉𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐃𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) came upon an injured motorist lying on the road. Without hesitation and despite the lack of emergency supplies at the scene, he immediately halted and rendered first aid using his personal medical kit - proving that preparedness and compassion go hand in hand.

Your quick response and willingness to serve beyond the call of duty embody the finest values of a soldier. August 9, 2026 | In light of inclement weather conditions, personnel of Charlie Company, 1301st Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (RRIBn) headed by 1LT JONATHAN PEREZ PA (RES), COMPANY COMMANDER, 2LT DIONAS PEÑOSO PA (RES), COMPANY EX-O, SSg Crisostomo Lauigan PA(Res), Company First Sergeant, have been placed on Red Alert status to ensure swift operational readiness for potential Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) operations.

Equipped with high-visibility safety gear, life vests, spine boards, throw ropes, and life rings, the unit's dedicated search and rescue team conducted critical inspections and operational briefings to guarantee immediate deployment capabilities.

📸 IN PHOTOS: Held on 19 July 2026 from 1400H to 1800H, the training began with the most essential foundation: Safety Protocols, followed by mastering proper Combat Stances and Weapon Manipulation. Safety sets the rule for every action—ensuring every reservist observes proper handling and risk awareness to protect the team at all times. Correct stances provide balance and control for steady movement and accurate response, while weapon manipulation builds instinctive mastery of reloading, malfunction clearing, and muzzle discipline—skills that must be second nature even under pressure.

We then advanced progressively to individual and team drills: One-Man Entry, Two-Man Team, and Three-Man Formation exercises. One-man entry develops individual competence in assessing threats and clearing spaces alone, forming the confidence needed before working with others. Two-man drills teach the value of the buddy system—covering each other’s blind spots and moving in perfect sync—while three-man formations refine coordinated roles, stacking, and overlapping fields of fire to ensure no area is left uncovered.

The session concluded with Full Scenario Simulation, bringing together every lesson learned into one realistic exercise. This activity was conducted under the supervision of Company Commander 1LT Jonathan Jose A Perez PA (RES), Company Executive Officer 2LT Dionas A Peñoso PA (RES), and Company First Sergeant SSg Crisostomo G Lauigan PA (RES); with instruction and facilitation provided by the SABRE GROUP, This final phase tested not just skill, but discipline, communication, and teamwork—proving that CQB is not merely about speed, but about calculated action and absolute trust in one another. From basic principles to full application, this training reinforces our commitment to being capable, coordinated, and always ready to serve our community and country. 🇵🇭
