National ID Registration and Verification Service here in Malasiqui will be TEMPORARILY CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. For your concern/queries you may direct visit our Fixed Registration Center (FRC) PSA Provincial Office located at Brgy. Nalsian, Calasiao.

We will send a separate announcement for the resumption of field operation in Pangasinan.

NATIONAL ID REGISTRATION & VERIFICATION SERVICES
FOR ALL AGES ( 0-17 & 18 Years Old Above)

We will be moving our registration and verification services at the barangay level by the following days. Kindly check below schedules and complete list of needed requirements.

However, we can still accommodate the rest of barangay in our PhilSys Office located at Arenas Civic Center (ACC), Poblacion, Malasiqui every SATURDAY as we open our services for everyone.

Just BRING YOUR ORIGINAL COPY OF DOCUMENTS (ex. Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate) and VALID IDs for registration purposes. No need to bring PHOTOCOPY / XEROX/ SCAN COPY is not allowed.

Sa isinagawang National ID registration ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) sa Bayambang, Pangasinan, kabilang sa mga matagumpay na nai-register ang mga batang edad 1-4 at mga senior citizens.

This is due to few 4Ps Member/ Beneficiaries coming into our office as observed resulting to our low registration output.
