BUKIDNON PNP ARRESTED SIX (6) MOST WANTED PERSONS AND NINE (9) ILLEGAL DRUG SUSPECTS INCILUDING ONE (1) HIGH VALUE INDIVIDUAL IN A SUCCESSFUL POLICE OPERATIONS

LOOK: Personnel of Pangantucan MPS led by PCPT MICHAELANGELO C ROLDAN, OIC, together with Quezon MPS, 3rd Platoon, 1004th RMFB10 conducted joint police operation against most wanted person at Everlasting Village, Poblacion, Pangantucan, Bukidnon that resulted in the arrest of PNP-PDEA Top no. 3 MWP Provincial Level, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation of RA 9165, docketed under Criminal Case no. 37517-21 dated September 28, 2021 with recommended bail bond amounting to Php 200, 000. 00.

Personnel of Manolo Fortich MPS under the supervision of PMAJ HARVEY A. SANCHEZ, OIC, together with 1st Bukidnon PMFC conducted joint entrapment buy-bust operation at Purok 1, Brgy Alae, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon that resulted in the arrest of a 49-year old, jobless and a resident of Purok 1-Brgy. Alae, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.

Personnel from Valencia CPS together with RIU 10 and BUK PIT conducted joint buy-bust operation at Purok 19, Barangay Poblacion, Valencia City, Bukidnon that resulted in the arrest of a 60-year old and a resident of P-19, Barangay Poblacion, Valencia City, Bukidnon.

Personnel of Quezon MPS led by PMAJ NOEL F CANO, OIC, together with 2nd BUK PMFC, and 1003rd MC RMFB 10 conducted joint police operation against most wanted person at Balangay 1D, Poblacion, Quezon Bukidnon by virtue of warrant of arrest for the Violation of Sec 68 of PD 705 and Violation of Sec 7 (A) of R.A 9175 with CC No. 39423-22 and 39424-22 dated August 31, 2022 with recommended bail bond amounting to Php 40,000.00 for Violation of PD 705 and Php 48,000.00 for Violation of RA 9175.

Personnel of Kalilangan MPS led by PMAJ MERLIN M MACAWILI, OIC conducted One Time Big Time Simultaneous Checkpoint Operation along National Highway of Purok 2, Barangay West Poblacion, Kalilangan, Bukidnon, while conducting said operation, PNP personnel able to flagged down a single motorcycle and requested to present his driver’s license but failed to carry along with OR/CR of his driven motorcycle. He was requested to remove his helmet prior to issue him a Municipal Citation ticket and accidentally drop a sachet of small heat sealed plastic cellophane containing white crystalline substance on the ground that was believed to be a dangerous drugs known as “shabu” that resulted in the arrest of the said person.

Personnel of Kalilangan MPS led by PMAJ MERLIN M MACAWILI, OIC, conducted drug buy-bust operation at P-1 West Poblacion, Kalilangan, Bukidnon that resulted in the arrest of a 39-year old laborer of the construction company installing Solar street lights at Kalilangan, Bukidnon and a resident P-3 Poblacion, Kibawe, Bukidnon.

Personnel of Malaybalay CPS conducted drug buy-bust operation at Purok-3A, Barangay Aglayan, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, that resulted in the arrest of a 24-year old motor mechanic and a resident of Purok-1, Barangay Apo Macote, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.

Personnel of Valencia CPS led by PLTCOL EDWARD T. AGPALZA OIC, together with 1003rd maneuver company, RMFB 10 conducted police operation against most wanted person at NVM MALL Purok-8, Brgy.Poblacion, Valencia City, Bukidnon by Virtue of WOA for the Crime of RA 9262 (3counts) docketed under Criminal Case No.40266-23 to 40268-23 dated January 26, 2023 with recommended bail bond amounting to Php 147, 000. 00.

Personnel of Lantapan MPS together with R-PSB Cluster 2 conducted joint police operation at Lower Basac, Barangay Basac Lantapan, Bukidnon that resulted in the successful arrest of Top 2 most wanted person (Municipal Level) by virtue of Warrant of Arrest docketed under CC # 40154-22 dated January 16, 2023 for the crime of Murder with no recommended bail bond.

Personnel of Malaybalay CPS led by PCPT JOSEPH C. GALUPO conducted police operation against other wanted person at Barangay 9, Capitol Ground, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon by virtue of Warrant of Arrest docketed under Criminal Case No. 31821-18 & 31822-18 dated January 16, 2023 for Violation of RA 9165.

Personnel of Cabanglasan MPS led by PCPT ANWAR M. PENDATUN, OIC and Surallah MPS conducted joint operation against most wanted person at Purok Maligaya, Brgy Veterans, Surallah, South Cotabato that resulted in the arrest of Top 1 MWP (Municipal level) by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation of Batas Pambansa Blg 22 docketed under Criminal Case no. 2265-C, 2266-C and 2267-C dated October 11, 2019 with recommended bail bond amounting to Php 36, 000. 00 each.

Personnel of Lantapan MPS conducted police operation against other wanted person at Barangay Poblacion, Lantapan, Bukidnon by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation of RA 9165 docketed under Criminal Case no. 30614-17 dated November 18, 2022 with no recommended bail bond amount attached.

Personnel of Lantapan MPS conducted campaign against other wanted person at P-3, Barangay Captain Juan, Lantapan, Bukidnon by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation of RA 9165 docketed under Criminal Case no. 30614-17 dated November 18, 2022 with no recommended bail bond amount attached.

Personnel of BUK PDEU led by PCPT GEORGE CAILING REPALDA and Maramag MPS conducted joint entrapment buy-bust operation at Purok-6, South Poblacion, Maramag, Bukidnon that resulted in the arrest two (2) illegal drug suspects.

Personnel of Malaybalay CPS led by PCPT JOSEPH C GALUPO implemented search and seizure warrant for violation of RA9165 with SW number: RTC-OCC 4-23 dated February 01, 2023 at Purok-2, Barangay 9, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon that resulted in the arrest of Joel Baldispeñosa y Touta-an, 37 years old, with live in partner, laborer, a resident of Purok 2, Barangay 9, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, a High Value Individual (HVI)-PNP-PDEA Target Listed for violation of RA 9165, previously arrested for the same offense and convicted via PLEA Bargaining Agreement.

122 PERSONALITIES ARRESTED IN PRO10’s ONE-DAY SACLEO

Police Regional Office 10- A total of 122 individuals were arrested during the conduct of one-day Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operation (SACLEO) on January 31, 2023.

The operation implemented a total of 17 Search Warrants regionwide with positive result which comprised nine Search Warrants on R.A. 9165 that resulted in the seizure of more or less 54 grams of shabu with an estimated Standard Drug Price of PhP370,600.00, Six Search Warrants on R.A. 10591 that resulted in the confiscation of four various fi****ms, and Two Search Warrants on R.A. 9516.

Likewise, this PRO implemented 18 buy-bust operations with positive result. A total of 25 drug suspects were arrested and seized more or less 93 grams of shabu with an estimated Standard Drug Price of PhP633,828.00.

Several top-ranking individuals were also arrested during the implementation of Warrant of Arrest. A total of 72 wanted persons were arrested which comprised 9 Most Wanted Person and 63 Other Wanted Person.

PBGEN LAWRENCE B COOP, Regional Director, PRO10 expressed his elation to the participating units for the accomplishment during the conduct of SACLEO.

“I am happy because we consistently do a good job as law enforcers and effectively apprehend these criminals who have existing Warrant of Arrest, Search Warrants, and those who used illegal drugs.
