Mula sa ALAB ng mga pangarap tungo sa pagbibigay ng pakpak sa HIRAYA ng mga susunod na henerasyon, patuloy na pinag-aalab ng Bulacan State University ang landas tungo sa isang mas matatag, makabuluhan, at makabagong Pamantasan.
Sa Ikatlong Ulat ng Pangulo (State of the University Address) ni Dr. Teody C. San Andres, tunghayan ang pagbabalik-tanaw sa tatlong taon ng makabagong paglilingkod sa ilalim ng temang “Hiraya: BulSU as the Center of CHED ACHIEVE Agenda.”
Iuulat ng Pangulo ang mga hakbangin, tagumpay, at mga pagbabagong naisakatuparan sa nagdaang taon, na bunga ng sama-samang pagkilos ng buong BulSU community. Kasabay nito, ilalahad ang mga panibagong landas at adhikaing tatahakin ng Pamantasan sa ikaapat na taon ng kanyang pamumuno. Sama-sama nating tunghayan ang panibagong yugto ng paglalakbay ng BulSU.

• Negotiated Procurement for International Events, Conferences, Summits, or Activities Hosted by the Philippine Government; and
• Negotiated Procurement–Sagip Saka (NP-SS).
This enhancement is intended to facilitate the proper and timely posting and dissemination of procurement opportunities covered by these modes.
