Quick catch-up with a good friend during the sidelines of my meetings at the Batasan. What I really admire about Cong. Ryan Recto is that he's all work, not all talk—having principally authored more than 90 bills focused on programs and policies that genuinely benefit the people. In a time where many choose publicity over performance, he quietly delivers and stays focused on the work that truly matters. 💯
