About registering with "eTravel" when entering and leaving the Philippines (operation change)
● The Philippine government has announced that it will change the operation of "eTravel", which required registration when entering the Philippines, to require registration even when leaving the country from April 15 this year.
●Paper immigration cards will be abolished from May 1 this year.
●Please be careful when traveling to or leaving the Philippines.
With the full-scale introduction of the "eTravel" system, which began operation on December 2nd last year, the Philippine government has decided to remove "eTravel", which had been required to be registered when entering the Philippines, from April 15th this year. After the day, we announced that we will change the operation to require registration even when leaving the country.
Also, paper immigration cards will be abolished from May 1 this year.
The outline of "eTravel" registration is as follows.
(1) With the full-scale introduction of the "eTravel" system, from April 15, 2015, all crew members and passengers of aircraft and ships will be required to register with "eTravel".
(2) Travelers arriving in the Philippines may register up to 72 hours prior to their scheduled arrival time.
(3) Travelers departing from the Philippines may register from 72 hours to 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
(4) After registration, it is necessary to save, download, or print a screenshot of the QR code that is output, and present it before boarding an aircraft, etc., and when entering or leaving the Philippines.
(5) Registration is free and no online payment is required. Beware of fake/fraudulent websites and organizations that require payment at the time of registration.

フィリピン出入国時の「eTravel」への登録について（運用変更）
●フィリピン政府は、これまでフィリピンへ入国する際に登録が必要だった「eTravel」を、本年4月15日以降、出国する際にも登録を必要とする運用に変更すると発表しました。
●本年5月1以降、紙の出入国カードは廃止されます。
●フィリピンへ渡航、もしくはフィリピンから出国される際には，ご注意ください。
フィリピン政府は、昨年12月2日から運用が開始された「eTravel」システムの本格的な導入に伴い、これまでフィリピンへ入国する際に登録が必要だった「eTravel」を、本年4月15日以降、出国する際にも登録を必要とする運用に変更すると発表しました。
また、本年5月1日以降、紙の出入国カードは廃止されます。
「eTravel」登録にかかる概要は以下のとおりです。
（１）「eTravel」システムの本格的な導入に伴い、本年4月15日より、すべての航空機および船舶の乗員および乗客は、「eTravel」への登録が必要となる。
（２）フィリピンに到着する旅行者は、到着予定時刻の72時間前から登録することができる。
（３）フィリピンから出発する旅行者は、出国予定時刻の72時間前から3時間前まで登録することができる。
（４）登録後、出力されたQRコードのスクリーンショットを保存、ダウンロード、または印刷の上、航空機等への搭乗前、及びフィリピン出入国時に提示する必要がある。
（５）登録は無料であり、オンライン決済は一切必要ない。登録時に支払いを要求する偽・詐欺サイト、団体には注意する。
