A landslide occurred this morning, at Sitio Dapatan, Don Jose Aguirre, Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte due to heavy rainfall. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, allowing vehicle to pass at a time. Road clearing and response operations led by Lgu Manukan through Municipal Engineering Office.

We advise the public to exercise extreme caution when traveling through the area, as it remains unsafe.⁣

Duly accomplished and notarized application forms and permits (Civil/Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Architectural Permits, etc.) -5 copies

Certificate of Title (COT) or Transfer of Certificate of Title (TCT)

Five (5) sets of Building Plans & Design Notarized Bill of Materials & Estimates, Project Specifications (Sign and sealed by Design Professionals and signed by owner/applicant)

*Architectural Documents
*Civil/Structural Documents
*Plumbing Documents
*Electrical Documents

If applicable:
*Electronics Documents
*Mechanical Documents

Three (3) copies of Structural Analysis and Design (For Multi-Storey Building)

Photocopies of Valid Licenses (PRC ID) & Current PTR of all involved professional with dry seal and specimen signature
