The Auxiliary Services Division participated in the Tree Planting Activity held today at New Zealand Farm, MSU Marawi Campus, Marawi City.

Headed by the Division Director, ๐ƒ๐ข๐ซ. ๐Œ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐š ๐ƒ. ๐‹๐ฎ๐œ๐ฆ๐š๐ง, ๐Œ๐๐€ Sittie Naj, the personnel of the Auxiliary Services Division actively took part in the activity, contributing to the greening and preservation of the campus environment through the planting of trees around the area.

The activity was spearheaded by the ๐Œ๐’๐” ๐๐จ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐†๐š๐ซ๐๐ž๐ง ๐’๐จ๐œ๐ข๐ž๐ญ๐ฒ under the leadership of ๐Œ๐š๐๐š๐ฆ ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ซ๐ž ๐Œ๐š๐š๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ ๐’๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ข๐ž ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ก๐š๐ฒ๐š ๐€๐ฆ๐›๐จ๐ซ-๐“๐š๐ ๐จ, ๐‚๐๐€, in collaboration with various organizations, as part of the celebration of the 65th Founding Anniversary of Mindanao State University.

Earlier this week, personnel from the Auxiliary Services Division actively joined the other offices under Cluster 6 in manning and attending to the booth.

The office assisted in monitoring the inflow and outflow of visitors, ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and security of the booth, and maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and proper upkeep of the Torogan.

The Torogan remains open for viewing next week. Visitors are invited to drop by the Cluster 6 Booth, located at 2nd St., MSU Campus, Marawi City, and experience a glimpse of our rich cultural heritage.

The Auxiliary Services Division (ASD) joined Cluster 6 in building and establishing the Torogan as part of the universityโ€™s efforts to showcase and celebrate the rich culture and heritage of the Meranao.

The Padian sa MSU: Where Culture Meets Community is one of the highlights of the universityโ€™s 65th Founding Anniversary Celebration. The Torogan features a variety of traditional pieces, vibrant crafts, and colorful cultural displays, welcoming students and staff from various MSU campuses starting today.

The Padian sa MSU stretches along the front of San Isidro Hall, 2nd Street, MSU Campus, Marawi City.

Everyone is invited to visit the Torogans and experience the richness of Meranao culture in different styles!

The Auxiliary Services Division participated in the Campus Clean-Up Day initiated by the System President, Atty. Paisalin P.D. Tago, CPA.

The Auxiliary Services Division participated in the GSIS Reorientation Program spearheaded by the Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) and the Accounting Division on July 17, 2026, held at the CHTM Pavilion.

The reorientation provided valuable updates and clarifications on GSIS Life and Non-Life Insurance Programs, Retirement Benefits, and other Membership Benefits available to government employees. The Auxiliary Services Division reminds all clients intending to use campus facilities to process their booking requests through the University Booking System (UBS).
