The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Marcos, Ilocos Norte participated in the 3rd Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) to strengthen earthquake preparedness, awareness, and emergency response capabilities.

Through this activity, we continue to encourage everyone to practice the DUCK, COVER, AND HOLD procedure and be prepared for any earthquake emergency.

ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 4

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 134, alternative learning modes and learning continuity measures shall be implemented at all levels in public and private educational institutions in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 4, 2026, unless their respective Local Chief Executives direct the cancellation or suspension of classes:
