Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No 134 s 2026 ng Office of the President, inaasahan ang pag-ulan sa Metro Manila, kabilang ang Marikina, NGAYONG ARAW dulot ng Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

Bilang pag-iingat at upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng lahat, SUSPENDIDO ang FACE-TO-FACE sa LAHAT NG ANTAS sa mga pampubliko at pampribadong paaralan sa Lungsod ng Marikina NGAYONG ARAW (Biyernes), September 4, 2026.

Ang kaligtasan at kapakanan ng bawat taga-Marikina ang lagi nating inuuna.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat na manatiling alerto at mag-ingat.

Bilang pag-iingat at upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng lahat, SUSPENDIDO ang FACE-TO-FACE at ONLINE CLASSES sa LAHAT ng ANTAS, kabilang ang NSTP at GRADUATE SCHOOL, gayundin ang LAHAT NG SCHOOL-RELATED ACTIVITIES sa mga pampubliko at pampribadong paaralan sa Lungsod ng Marikina BUKAS, August 30, 2026.

Ang kaligtasan at kapakanan ng bawat taga-Marikina ang lagi nating inuuna.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20, 2026

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Abra
📍 Benguet
📍 Ilocos Norte
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Agencies delivering basic and health services, disaster preparedness/response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services. Pinapayuhan ang mga residente, lalo na ang mga nasa low-lying areas, na manatiling alerto, maging handa sa posibleng paglikas, at agad na makipag-ugnayan sa mga awtoridad kung kinakailangan.
