Pinapayuhan ang lahat na patuloy na sundin ang mga minimum health protocols upang makatulong sa pag-iwas sa pagklat ng sakit:

• Magusot ng face mask sa mga mataong at kulob na lugar.
• Ugaliing maghugas ng kamay nang madalas, gamit and sabon at tubig o gumamit ng alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
• Manatili sa bahay at mag-isolate kung may lagnat o sintomas ng sakit sa paghinga tulad ng ubo at sipon.

Ang sama-samang pag-iingat ay mahalaga upang mapanatiling ligtas at malusog ang ating komunidad.

Pambayang Dalubhasaan ng Marilao (PDM) received menstrual hygiene kits, from The Sisterhood Project. This project was made possible through the initiative of Pastor Joseph McGourn, Founder of My Children’s House of Hope (Bahay Bata 127), Inc.

The donation was formally received by the College President, Dr. Ma. Theresa B. Aquino, and School Administrator, Dr. Dolores D.C. Cajucom, together with selected faculty members and student representatives.

Through partnerships like this, PDM continues to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where the healthcare and overall well-being of every student are valued—all the while strengthening Sustainable Development Goals: 3,4,5,10, and 17

Inaanyayahan ang lahat ng Marilenyo na makilahok sa isasagawang Bloodletting Activity sa Hulyo 24, 2026 (Biyernes), mula 8:00 AM hanggang 3:00 PM sa Municipal Atrium, Barangay Patubig.

✅ 16 hanggang 65 taong gulang
✅ Hindi bababa sa 50 kilo ang timbang
✅ Nasa mabuting kalusugan
✅ Tibok ng puso: 60–100 kada minuto
✅ Presyon ng dugo: 90–160 / 60–100
✅ Hemoglobin: 12.5 g/L pataas
✅ Edad 16–17: may nakasulat na pahintulot ng magulang o guardian

✅ Matulog nang hindi bababa sa 5 oras bago mag-donate
✅ Iwasan ang alak 24 oras bago mag-donate
✅ Kumain ng masustansiyang pagkain at iwasan ang matataba
