Para sa inyong aplikasyon, mangyaring sagutan ang mga kinakailangang impormasyon sa nasabing link at i-upload ang mga sumusunod na kinakailangang dokumento:

- Certificate of Residency mula sa inyong Barangay;
- Valid Government-issued signature-bearing Identification Card, kung mayroon;
- ID picture na may puting background at 2x2 o passport format ang sukat; and
- Valid email address at mobile phone number.

Ito ay upang mas pabilisin ang proseso ng pag-apply ng FRID, na magsisilbing opisyal na pagkakakilanlan ng mga residente ng FAB para sa access checks, security operations, emergencies, at mga opisyal na transaksyon.

The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has directed the temporary suspension of the collection of the Green Energy Auction Allowance (GEA-All) as per Press Release dated 08 May 2026.

In line with this directive, please be informed that AFAB, as a designated GEA-All Collection Agent, will implement the Temporary Suspension of GEA-All Collection Rate of Php 0.0371/kWh for the May and June 2026 Billing Periods as part of ongoing efforts to help ease the financial burden on Filipino electricity consumers amid rising inflation and global economic pressures.

Further Advisory and Guidelines will be provided upon the issuance of the Resolution/Decision from the ERC.
