๐๐ข๐ข๐: The Coast Guard Regional Training Center Masbate, under the leadership of ๐๐ง ๐๐๐ช๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ ๐๐ฅ ๐ฃ๐๐, Director, RTC Masbate, together with ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ก๐๐ฌ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐ฆ ๐ฆ๐๐ก๐ง๐ข๐ฆ ๐ฃ๐๐, Course Director, CGNOC Class 109-2025, proudly held the ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐ป๐ of the ๐๐ผ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ ๐ก๐ผ๐ป-๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐โ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฒ (๐๐๐ก๐ข๐) ๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ต-๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ โ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ด-๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ด๐น๐ฎ๐โ at the RTC Masbate Ceremonial Grounds on 02 October 2025.
The event was graced by ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐ง๐๐ง๐ข ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ก ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐๐ ๐ฃ๐๐, Commander, Coast Guard Education, Training and Doctrine Command, who served as the Presiding Officer. He was formally introduced by ๐๐ข๐ ๐ ๐ข ๐๐ฉ๐๐ก ๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐๐ก ๐ฃ๐๐, Commander, Coast Guard District Bicol, who warmly congratulated the graduates and welcomed them to the PCG organization.
In his keynote address, ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐๐ ๐ฃ๐๐ delivered a powerful reminder:

Moreover, the ceremony honored 289 newly enlisted Apprentice Seamen, marking their transformation from trainees to official members of the Philippine Coast Guard.
The ceremony also highlighted the ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ด๐ฒ for the well-deserving Officers and Non-Officers of RTC Masbate, recognizing their commitment to the training and mentorship of future Coast Guard personnel.
