The Municipality recognizes that education is a priority. It aims to foster academic excellence, provide incentives for hardworking students, and encourage residents to excel in tertiary education and professional licensure examinations.

This Ordinance shall cover all bona fide residents of the Municipality of Maslog who have:

1. Graduated with Latin Honors from any recognized public or private higher education institution;

2. Placed in the Top Ten (10) of the National Licensure Examinations.

3. Successfully passed the Bar Examinations or any Board Examination (National Licensure Examination) conducted by professional regulatory government agencies, regardless of whether they achieved a top ten (10) ranking."
