The City Government of Mati conducted a benchmarking activity at the Tagum City Hall as part of its continuing commitment to knowledge-sharing and collaboration on transport and traffic management.
The visit provided an opportunity to observe systems and approaches related to traffic enforcement, transport franchising, and cooperative management that may contribute to the continuous improvement of transportation services in Mati City.
Joining the activity were Vice Mayor Enzo Rabat, Board Member Jerome "Jimboy" C. Dayanghirang, Councilors Xander Paul Alcantara, and Jr Pang, together with representatives from the City Regulatory and Franchising Office (CRFO), the City Transport and Traffic Management Office (CTTMO), and officers of the Mati 3 TODA Federation.
The delegation likewise expresses its appreciation to City Mayor Joel "Mayo" Z. Almario for his support of this benchmarking initiative as the city continues to explore practical approaches to further improve transport services for drivers, operators, and the commuting public.
Our sincere thanks as well to the City Government of Tagum for the warm welcome and gracious hospitality extended to our delegation, especially to City Mayor **Rey T. Uy**, for accommodating our visit and sharing valuable insights and best practices.
Benchmarking activities such as this provide an opportunity for local government units to exchange knowledge, learn from one another's experiences, and identify practices that may be adapted to further strengthen public service delivery. 👊❤️
