To ensure a smooth and orderly registration process, applicants are advised to carefully review the guidelines and prepare all required documents before proceeding to the venue.

Applicants must bring the following:
โข Original and photocopy of the same valid ID presented during pre-registration
โข Original and photocopy of the PSA Birth Certificate
โข Original and photocopy of the Marriage Certificate, if applicable
โข Photocopy of the Payment Receipt

โข Applicants must wear a collared shirt, polo, or sleeved blouse in a dark or bright solid color that contrasts with the blue background.
โข Please avoid wearing necklaces, earrings, sunglasses, and colored contact lenses.
