📌 DARMO Tulunan Update: Yesterday’s Activities

DARMO Tulunan personnel, headed by MARPOs Reno D. Olivares and Engr. Mary Joy P. Clarito, held a meeting in the morning with representatives from the DARPO Cotabato Legal Division. The discussion focused on the status of office accomplishments versus targets, particularly on ALI and QJ cases. Strategies were also discussed to fast-track the remaining balance and improve case resolution efficiency.

In the afternoon, the Quality Assurance Control Unit of DARPO Cotabato conducted a monitoring and orientation activity at the office. This aimed to assess compliance with established policies, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen the effective implementation of quality assurance measures.

Belated Happy Birthday to our Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Officer, Reno D. Olivares!

MARPO Reno celebrated his 50th birthday yesterday in the far-flung barangay of Tulunan, still out in the field and continuing his work for our Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries. Even on his birthday, he remained present where he is most needed—serving with quiet dedication and consistency.

All of this, for the love of our ARBs.

Wishing you continued strength, good health, and many more years of service ahead.

Strengthening Partnership for Agrarian Reform Communities

The Department of Agrarian Reform Municipal Office (DARMO) of Tulunan, led by MARPOs Reno D. Olivares and Engr. Mary Joy P. Clarito, conducted a coordinative meeting with LGU Tulunan and other line agencies to discuss the LGU’s development plans for CARP-covered areas.

This initiative marks a positive step in strengthening collaboration among government agencies, with DARMO continuing to serve as a bridge in linking programs and services to Agrarian Reform Communities. Through this effort, the needs of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries are better aligned with the development directions of the municipality.

DARMO Tulunan also expresses its sincere appreciation to LGU Tulunan for consistently including the office in its plans and for recognizing the importance of coordination, particularly in matters involving land-related concerns and disputes referred to the LGU.

With strengthened partnership and shared commitment, both offices remain dedicated to advancing inclusive and sustainable development for the communities in Tulunan

“Bringing land ownership closer to our Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries”

Through the implementation of Project SPLIT, which enables the parcelization of land titles, our office conducted a series of distributions of both CLOAs (Certificates of Land Ownership Awards) and e-Titles to our Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries.

With this process now in place, beneficiaries are able to secure their own individual titles—strengthening their ownership and rights over the land they till.

While many personally received their titles at our office, we also ensured that those who were unable to travel due to health reasons were not left behind by delivering their CLOAs and e-Titles directly to their doorsteps.

These efforts were carried out under the guidance of our two MARPOs, MARPO Reno D. Olivares and Engr. Mary Joy P. Clarito.

This initiative reflects our continued commitment to bring government services closer to the people and ensure that every beneficiary receives the full benefits of agrarian reform.

Koronadal City — Pinangunahan ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) sa Region XII ang konsultasyon kasama ang mga civil society organizations (CSOs) upang higit pang mapalakas ang pagpapatupad ng Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project, isang programa na tumutulong sa Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) na makakuha ng sariling indibidwal na titulo ng lupa.

We are truly grateful to our top management for recognizing DARMO Tulunan as the Most Facilitative, Pro-active, and Supportive DARMO in PBD Programs, and for achieving the Highest Percentage of Accomplishment (133%) in ARBs trained under Organizational Development and Strengthening for CY 2025.

Nilinaw ng DAR na ang dokumentong kumakalat tungkol sa pagtanggal ng requirement sa pagkuha ng DAR clearance sa ilang land transactions ay hindi pa opisyal na inilalabas ng Office of the Secretary.

Ang nasabing dokumento ay draft pa lamang at patuloy pang pinag-aaralan at kinokonsulta. Pinapayuhan ang publiko na umasa lamang sa mga opisyal na issuances na inilalabas sa pamamagitan ng mga awtorisadong channel ng pamahalaan.
