BUY-BUST OPERATION | Street-Level Drug Suspect Arrested in Aloran

ALORAN, Misamis Occidental — A 35-year-old male was arrested during a buy-bust operation conducted at around 8:00 PM on March 29, 2026, in Purok 6, Barangay Lawaan, Aloran.

The suspect, identified as alias "Clyde", jobless and a resident of Barangay Lawaan, was apprehended for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Article II, Section 5 and Section 11) after being caught engaging in illegal drug activities.

The operation was led by the Municipal Drug Enforcement Unit (MDEU) of Aloran Municipal Police Station under the supervision of PCPT Jonathan Apali Fernandez, in coordination with PDEU MOCPPO, 1002nd MC RMFB-10, 1st PMFC MOCPPO, PIU MOCPPO, and PDEA-10 Misamis Occidental.

Authorities recovered one sachet of suspected shabu during the transaction and additional sachets during the body search, with an estimated total weight of approximately 2.0 grams and a standard drug price of Php 13,600.00. The suspect is now under police custody for proper disposition and filing of appropriate charges.

BUY-BUST OPERATION | Drug Suspect Arrested in Brgy. Palayan, Aloran

ALORAN, Misamis Occidental — A 38-year-old male was arrested during a buy-bust operation conducted at around 6:03 PM on March 21, 2026, in Purok 5, Barangay Palayan, Aloran.

The suspect, identified as alias “Dodot,” jobless and a resident of the said barangay, was caught in the act engaging in illegal drug activity and apprehended for violation of Republic Act 9165.

The operation was led by the Aloran Municipal Police Station under the supervision of PCAPT Jonathan A. Fernandez, in coordination with PDEU MOCPPO, PIU MOCPPO, 1st PMFC MOCPPO, and 1002nd MC RMFB-10.

Authorities recovered one sachet of suspected shabu during the transaction and additional sachets during the body search, with an estimated total weight of approximately 2 grams and a standard drug price of Php 13,600.00. The suspect is now under police custody for proper disposition and filing of appropriate charges.

ALORAN, Misamis Occidental — A 41-year-old male was arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted at around 7:35 PM on March 14, 2026, in Purok 3, Barangay Ospital, Aloran.

The suspect, identified as alias "Sandy", a private employee and resident of Barangay Toril, was apprehended for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Article II, Section 5 and Section 11) after being caught engaging in illegal drug activities.

The operation was led by the Municipal Drug Enforcement Unit (MDEU) of Aloran Municipal Police Station under the supervision of PCPT Jonathan Apali Fernandez, in coordination with the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) MOCPPO, 1002nd MC RMFB-10, 1st PMFC MOCPPO, and PIU MOCPPO.

BUY-BUST OPERATION | High-Value Drug Suspect Arrested in Aloran

ALORAN, Misamis Occidental — A 29-year-old female listed as a High-Value Individual (HVI) under the PNP-PDEA Priority Target List was arrested during a buy-bust operation conducted at around 9:40 PM on March 7, 2026, in Purok 2, Barangay Dullan, Aloran.

The suspect was identified as Rose, jobless and a resident of the said barangay. Authorities confiscated a total of more or less 5.5 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated Standard Drug Price (SDP) of Php 37,400.00.

The operation was led by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) of the Misamis Occidental Police Provincial Office under the leadership of PCPT Roland Y. Cagas, in coordination with PIU MOCPPO, 1002nd MC RMFB-10, and the Aloran Municipal Police Station.

Recovered during the operation were one sachet of suspected shabu used as the buy-bust item, ten additional sachets of suspected shabu from the suspect’s possession, a Php 500.00 marked bill used as buy-bust money, and a coin purse where the illegal drugs were stored.

The arrested suspect will be brought to the Aloran Municipal Police Station for proper disposition while the inventory of confiscated evidence is ongoing and appropriate charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, are being prepared.

ANTI-ILLEGAL GAMBLING OPERATION | 3 Arrested for Tong-Its in Aloran

ALORAN, Misamis Occidental — Three individuals were arrested for violation of Presidential Decree 1602 (Illegal Gambling) during an operation conducted at around 4:25 PM on March 4, 2026, in Purok 1, Barangay Pelong, Aloran.

The suspects, identified as alias “Nilo,” 54, a carpenter; alias “Leonor,” 33, a housewife; and alias “Ann,” 25, also a housewife, all residents of Barangay Pelong, were caught in the act engaging in illegal gambling (Tong-Its) following a report from a concerned citizen.

The operation was carried out by personnel of the Aloran Municipal Police Station led by PSSg Mark C. Tac-an, with intelligence operatives under the supervision of PCPT Jonathan Apali Fernandez, Officer-in-Charge.

Authorities confiscated one set of playing cards, a wooden table, three plastic chairs, and cash amounting to Php 900.00 used as bet money.

The arrested individuals were informed of their constitutional rights and were brought to the Aloran Municipal Police Station for proper disposition and filing of appropriate charges.

BUY-BUST OPERATION | Suspect Arrested in Brgy. Tuburan, Aloran

ALORAN, Misamis Occidental — A 40-year-old male was arrested during a buy-bust operation conducted on February 28, 2026, at around 2:12 PM in Purok 1, Barangay Tuburan, Aloran, as part of the simultaneous anti-criminality law enforcement operation (SACLEO).

The suspect, identified as alias “Kimay,” single, a farmer, and resident of Brgy. Tuburan, was caught in the act engaging in illegal drug activity and apprehended for violation of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

The operation was led by the Aloran Municipal Police Station (MPS) under the direct supervision of PCAPT Jonathan A. Fernandez, Officer-in-Charge, in coordination with the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) MOCPPO, PIU MOCPPO, 1st PMFC MOCPPO, PDEA-10 Misamis Occidental, and the 1002nd MC RMFB-10.

Authorities recovered one sachet of suspected shabu during the transaction and five additional sachets during the body search, with an estimated total weight of approximately 2 grams and a standard drug price of Php 13,600.

The suspect is currently under police custody for proper documentation and filing of appropriate charges, while the confiscated items will be submitted for laboratory examination.

BUY-BUST OPERATION | Suspect Arrested in Brgy. Makawa, Aloran

ALORAN, Misamis Occidental — A 22-year-old male was arrested during a joint anti-illegal drug operation conducted on February 14, 2026, at around 4:55 PM in Purok 1, Barangay Makawa, Aloran.

The suspect, identified as alias “Darwin,” single, a 3rd year college student and resident of Brgy. Makawa, was apprehended for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Article II, Section 5 and Section 11), otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

The buy-bust operation was led by the Municipal Drug Enforcement Unit (MDEU) of Aloran Municipal Police Station under the direct supervision of PCPT Jonathan Apali Fernandez, Officer-in-Charge, in coordination with the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) MOCPPO, 1002nd Maneuver Company RMFB-10, Oroquieta MLET, PIU MOCPPO, and 1st PMFC MOCPPO.

The operation was conducted under PDEA Pre-Operations Number 11-00-02142026-017 with TIP Control No. A-SLI-202602-046-PRO10-MISOC-AMPS, which resulted in the successful arrest of the said individual.

The suspect is currently under police custody for proper documentation and filing of appropriate charges.

Drug Suspect Arrested in Buy-Bust Operation in Aloran

ALORAN, Misamis Occidental — A male suspect was arrested during a buy-bust operation conducted at around 2:52 PM in Purok 1, Barangay Burgos, Aloran.

The suspect, identified by the alias “Ninin,” a resident of Tugaya, Aloran, was apprehended through a joint operation of the Aloran Municipal Police Station (MPS), the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), and the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) of MOCPPO.

Authorities recovered one sachet of suspected shabu from the transaction and five additional sachets during the subsequent search. The suspect is currently detained at the Aloran MPS and will face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

ARREST REPORT | FEBRUARY 6, 2026

A suspect known by the alias “Heal-heal”, 29 years old, was arrested through the service of a warrant of arrest on February 5, 2026, at around 8:00 PM in Purok 2, Barangay Dalisay, Aloran, Misamis Occidental.

The arrest was in connection with the alleged violation of Estafa Through Falsification of Commercial Documents. The suspect is a resident of Barangay Zamora, Aloran.

The case is now undergoing proper legal proceedings.

BUY-BUST OPERATION SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED IN ALORAN

A successful buy-bust operation was carried out by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit – Misamis Occidental Police Provincial Office (PDEU-MOCPPO), in coordination with the Aloran Municipal Police Station, on February 4, 2026, at around 2:45 PM in Purok 5, Barangay Toril, Aloran, Misamis Occidental.

During the operation, authorities were able to purchase suspected shabu worth ₱1,000 from the suspect identified as alias “Jomar,” 22 years old, single, and a construction worker.

Following his arrest, a body search was conducted, which led to the recovery of fourteen (14) sachets of suspected shabu found in his possession.

The suspect is currently under police custody for proper documentation and the filing of appropriate charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
