Strengthening our commitment to justice with compassion and service.

On July 10, 2026, the employees of the Regional Trial Court Branch 44 – Initao successfully conducted their Quarterly Jail Visitation at the Misamis Oriental Provincial Jail – Initao and the Initao District Jail.

This meaningful activity reflects the Judiciary’s commitment to ensuring that persons deprived of liberty are not forgotten and that their rights and welfare continue to be recognized. Through regular jail visitations, the court monitors the conditions of detention, facilitates the timely disposition of cases and helps uphold the constitutional right to the speedy administration of justice.

More than a routine undertaking, this visitation serves as a reminder that justice is best achieved when it is guided not only by the rule of law but also by compassion, fairness, and respect for human dignity.

The Regional Trial Court Branch 44 – Initao remains steadfast in its mission to promote accessible, efficient and humane justice for all.
