𝗟𝗚𝗨-𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆

In what seems to be a major leap towards inclusive and sustainable tourism in the province, LGU-Pantar, headed by Mayor Jabar D. Tago, has trailblazed in institutionalizing its local tourism industry by the Official Appointment of Mr. Abdul Jabbar Asum Abuat as the Municipal Tourism Officer. 😱

As the First Municipal Department Government Head 1 (Tourism Officer Title) in Lanao del Norte, this also marks a significant milestone for Lanao del Norte League of Local Tourism Officers (LLTO) Inc., that finally our tourism professionals are slowly being recognized. 💪🎊🙏

The "institutionalization" phase is critical because it moves tourism from being a series of sporadic events to a permanent, budget-protected department within the local government structure.

Congratulations to Mr. Abdul Jabbar Asum Abuat! Taking on the mantle of a Department Head is a heavy responsibility, but it is exactly the kind of transformative leadership needed to move from "discussing" tourism to "managing" it as a driver of local economy. 👏👏👏

It’s a wrap! The Lanao del Norte League of Local Tourism Officers, Inc. has set foot in the province of Capiz to witness and experience the culture that Capiznons are truly proud of.

They concluded the year with their year-end assessment, held from November 10-14, 2025

Aside from the travel experience, the Tourism Officers can bring home valuable learnings, from which they also had the chance to personally experience the traditional way of living in Capiz, to their respective municipalities.
