Please be informed that our office will be CLOSED tomorrow, May 27, 2026. In observance of the Eid’l Adha (Feast of Sacrifice), in accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 1264, declaring May 27, 2026 a regular holiday throughout the country, in observance of Eid'l Adha.

Consumers may opt to pay their water bills to other payment centers such as MLHUILLIER, ALVIO, and ECPAY via GCASH.

Date: May 24, 2026

Please be advised that the emergency repair of the damaged 8” butterfly valve at Sitio Anague Spring Source has been successfully completed.

Additional flushing operations are currently being conducted to clear the pipeline and fully normalize water pressure and supply in the affected areas. During this process, some concessionaires may still experience temporary low water pressure, intermittent supply, or slight water discoloration.

Please be advised that water supply interruption and low water pressure are currently being experienced due to a damaged 8” butterfly valve located at Sitio Anague Spring Source.

Emergency repair works, line assessment, and flushing operations are on-going to restore and normalize water supply in the affected areas as soon as possible. Temporary low pressure, intermittent supply, and possible water discoloration may still occur during the normalization process.

As part of the normalization process, affected areas may continue to experience temporary low water pressure, discoloration, or intermittent water supply until the system fully stabilizes.
