The personnel of the Land Transportation Office - Naga District Office were deeply honored to welcome Our Lady of Peñafrancia and the Divino Rostro as part of the cherished tradition of Pag-sungko ni Ina. Their sacred visit filled the office with blessings, hope, and spiritual inspiration, reminding everyone of the enduring strength of faith and devotion.

In observance of the First Friday of the month, a solemn Holy Mass was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Carlo Villaluz, bringing the LTO Naga family together in prayer, reflection, and thanksgiving while renewing our faith and unity.

Also present during the visit was the Manto of Our Lady of Peñafrancia, the sacred cloak or mantle worn by the image of Ina. It is reverently placed over the heads of the faithful as prayers are offered for healing, strength, guidance, and divine protection.

After the Holy Mass, Our Lady of Peñafrancia and the Divino Rostro, accompanied by the faithful, proceeded in a solemn procession to San Lorenzo Ruiz de Manila Parish – Abella, beautifully expressing unwavering faith and devotion.

For every Bicolano, Pag-sungko ni Ina is more than a tradition—it is a profound expression of faith and love for Ina. Through these visits to communities and institutions, devotees are given the opportunity to deepen their relationship with God, renew their spiritual commitment, and receive blessings through the presence of Our Lady of Peñafrancia and the Divino Rostro.

Kaugnay ng mga naging sunod-sunod na isyu na nakaapekto sa Land Transportation Management System (LTMS), at upang matiyak ang tuloy-tuloy na pagbibigay ng serbisyo at mabigyan ang publiko ng sapat na pagkakataong makapagproseso ng kanilang mga transaksyon nang walang karagdagang bayarin, ipinatutupad ang Memorandum Circular No. MVL-2026-5271.

Pinalalawig hanggang sa susunod na abiso ang bisa ng mga sumusunod na mag-e-expire simula Hulyo 1, 2026:

• Motor Vehicle Registration
• Driver's License
• Conductor's License
• Student Permit
• Medical Certificate

Walang sisingiling late fees o penalties para sa lahat ng renewal na sakop ng nasabing extension habang epektibo ang Memorandum Circular.

PUBLIC ADVISORY

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) informs the public that, pursuant to LTO Memorandum Circular No. MVL-2026-5271 dated July 29, 2026, the validity of expiring Driver’s Licenses, Student Permits, Conductor’s Licenses, Motor Vehicle Registrations, and Medical Certificates due for renewal starting July 1, 2026 is EXTENDED NATIONWIDE until further notice.

This temporary extension is being implemented due to the ongoing Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) downtime and system slowdown. During the effectivity of the Memorandum Circular, no late fees or penalties shall be imposed on affected renewal transactions.

The extension shall remain in effect until the Management Information Division (MID) certifies that the LTMS has been fully restored and a subsequent Memorandum Circular is issued lifting the extension.
